Here at MyHoliday2 HQ we get a lot of enquiries about our tours. We've put together a list of Frequently Asked Questions by our customers to help you find your answer quicker....

1. WHERE ARE THE DEPARTURE DATES?
Each tour has set departure dates. They are listed on each deal page at the bottom of the detailed tour itinerary and also in the Fine Print section. All departure dates listed on the website are currently available unless stated as SOLD OUT.
2. DO YOU INCLUDE FLIGHTS?
Some of our packages include flights, others are land based only. Please make sure you check the inclusions on each package to see whether flights from Australia are included or not. Any tour that is packaged with flights is also available as a land-only option, and visa versa. Please contact our friendly team for the cost of this.
3. HOW MUCH ARE FLIGHTS TO/FROM MY DESTINATION?
To get an idea on the price of airfares to add to your land-only package, use our handy 'Instant Price Quote' search box on the right hand side of the deal page to give you an idea of flight cost. Simply put in your departing and arriving city and travel dates and press 'Search'.
4. CAN YOU BOOK MY FLIGHTS FOR ME?
Yes. We work with a very experienced and reputable flight ticketing agent who is able to ticket flights anywhere in the world, including upgrades, stopovers and whatever tailor made requests you may have. These flights are priced as standard market rate. We do not get special rates on airfares.
5. HOW DO I BOOK THE TOUR?
It's very simple; purchase the tour online by selecting the voucher from the 'Choose Voucher' drop down list. Add To Cart and follow the prompts to pay. You will receive a travel voucher with a unique voucher code to your email address. Follow the 'Booking Instructions' on your voucher to confirm your booking with our booking department. We do not take bookings over the phone.
6. HOW DO I CHOOSE MY DEPARTURE DATE?
You do not select your travel date at purchase. Once you receive your voucher, you state your chosen departure date to our booking department when confirming your tour [after purchase]. If you want to check available slots on a particular departure prior to purchase please contact MyHoliday2 by phone or email. All departure dates on the website are updated daily and are all available unless stated as 'Sold Out'.
7. WHAT IF I CAN'T GET THE DEPARTURE DATE I WANT?
Our departure dates listed on the site are updated daily and as soon as a departure becomes fully booked it is marked as SOLD OUT. If for some reason the date becomes SOLD OUT before you manage to confirm with our booking department, we have a 21 Day Money Back Guarantee. Please feel free to check availability with our friendly team prior to booking.
8. DO I HAVE TO PAY IN FULL OR CAN I PAY A DEPOSIT?
As we run small tours of only maximum 10 they do fill up fast. Some tours now come with a deposit only option to secure your travel date. We have some great incentives for 'Buy Now Pay Next Year' so please contact our friendly team or check our Terms and Conditions for details.
9. CAN I BUY OVER THE PHONE?
All purchases are done online via our website. We do not take money or credit card details over the phone. We accept all major credit cards and payment is done through our secure credit card portal. All fees are built in to our packages and there is no additional booking fee or credit card fee when you get to checkout.
10. WHEN WILL I GET MY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS?
Travel documents are sent out 2 weeks prior to travel and include names of flight e-tickets (if applicable), confirmed hotels, inclusions and contact details of your allocated guide. We cannot send them out any earlier as our guides are not allocated to their groups prior to this time.
11. HOW LONG WILL THE DEAL LAST FOR?
Our specials change or end at the end of each month. Some run for a couple of months due to popular demand or if we secure more allocation / tour dates. The key is to be quick so you don't miss out!
12. HOW MANY IN A TOUR GROUP?
Our groups are guaranteed to depart with a minimum of 2 people. We cap each group at a maximum of 10 people to ensure small intimate groups where you get the focus of our professional guides and overall better touring experience. (Some tours may have an increased number which is clearly noted in the fine print, but no groups are over 16)
13. SOLO TRAVELLERS - DO I HAVE TO PAY A SINGLE SUPPLEMENT?
Yes. All solo travellers are required to pay a single supplement which covers the other half of the room rate which is usually covered by the other person in a twin share. We often run solo special tours so sign up to our newsletter to keep an eye out. As a solo traveller you need to wait until a tour departure has a minimum of 2 people already booked on before you can join it. There is no single supplement on our 2FOR1 specials. They are the same price whether there is 1 or 2 people travelling.
14. WHAT IS THE SINGLE SUPPLEMENT?
The single supplement rate is displayed in the Fine Print of each deal.
15. CAN I ARRIVE EARLY / STAY LONGER AFTER A TOUR?
Yes. Most tours offer this options, but please check the fine print as some packages with flights do not allow this option. We do not charge any supplement if you want to arrive early or stay behind longer after the tour. You can book pre/post tour extra nights through us at time of booking your tour or afterwards. The extra night costs are in the Fine Print sections of each deal. If you book extra nights through us then airport transfers are included, but if you book your extra nights accommodation independently then you will forfeit our airport transfer.
16. CAN I ADD OPTIONAL TOURS / EXTRAS AT A LATER DATE?
Yes of course. You do not have to add these at time of purchasing your tour, however they do need to be booked and paid for prior to departure. Please read the fine print for each tour as some optionals are only payable on arrival and some would require early booking due to limited spaces. Call or email us if you are unsure.
