Terms and Conditions


Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with our terms and conditions. References to “us”, “we” and/or “our” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean MyHoliday2.com.au.


These terms and conditions apply to bookings you make via our online store.


By making a booking (which is deemed to have occurred at the time you purchase a Travel Voucher), the person who makes the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed in the booking that:


He/she has fully read these terms and conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them

He/she consents to our use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy

He/she is 18 years of age or over and where making a booking with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services



  1. All prices we list are in AUD unless otherwise stated and include GST where payable.

  2. All prices are correct at time of publishing. They are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. 

  3. Price changes may be caused by a number of factors including currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases. We reserve the right to adjust any fees, charges or prices as necessary to reflect such cost increases. 

  4. We reserve the right not to honour any published prices that we determine were erroneous due to printing, clerical or electronic error. In the event of a price decrease, we are not obliged to refund you to match any subsequent price reductions after purchase. We reserve the right to modify, change, extend, or cancel the travel offer at any time.

  5. The full retail price displayed on each travel package is advised to us by the operator at time of publishing and calculated by the value of each aspect and inclusion of the package.

  6. MyHoliday2 travel packages, including any unused portion, cannot be exchanged for other services or cash.



  1. A fee of 3% applies to all credit card transactions. This fee is built into the advertised tour price and is non-refundable.


1. A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required to secure your travel date.

2. This option is only available on selected packages as listed in the fine print of each deal.

3. The full deposit is required at time of purchase.

4. Customer will receive two invoices for both payments at the time of purchase.

5. The remainder payment is required 90 days after purchase, or 90 days prior to departure, whichever comes first.

6. It is the customers responsibility to pay the remainder payment on time.

7. Should payments not be made on the due date, the booking will automatically be cancelled and the deposit strictly non-refundable.

8. A $50 admin fee per person also applies for this booking option.

9. You must contact MyHoliday2 to book your package with a deposit and state your preferred departure date at time of purchase. 

10. Should you wish to change your departure date after purchase, our standard change policy applies. 

11. The deposit only option is not available on departures dates less than 90 days in the future.


  1. MyHoliday2 operates a 21 day piece of mind 'Money Back Guarantee', whereby should you not be able to secure the travel dates you desire, or should you have a change of mind about your travel package purchase, MyHoliday2 will offer you a full cash refund [minus the credit card surcharge & admin fee].

  2. The refund must be requested within 21 days of purchase or this offer is void.

  3. On packages where flights are included the 21 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to the flight portion. This portion of any flight package is completely non-refundable.

  4. Full details of the 'Money Back Guarantee' can be read in our Refund Policy.


  1. Any changes to your booking after purchase, including but not limited to; requesting a refund, changing your tour, departure date, room allocation, name change etc will incur a $100 admin fee per person. 

  2. If services have already been booked such as internal flights, train tickets etc as part of the itinerary, new tickets may have to be issued and customer will bear the cost in addition to the admin fee.

  3. The fees will be deducted from any subsequent invoices or charged via a new invoice issued by MyHoliday2.


  1. MyHoliday2 operates a 'give back' policy in order to contribute to responsible tourism; aiming to minimise negative social, economic and environmental impacts.

  2. MyHoliday2 works with selected charities in a number of countries and each travel package purchased, AUD$2 of the profit margin goes towards the selected charity for that country.

  4. MyHoliday2 makes the donation bi-annually. Please follow our social media pages for updates.



  1. Some accommodation providers may require that you present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover any additional expenses that may be incurred during your stay, for example mini-bar. You are responsible for the payment of any such additional expenses.

  2. All accommodation and hotels are subject to change. If in the unlikely event the listed hotel is unavailable, a hotel of a similar standard and location will be used.

  3. Hotel ratings displayed on MyHoliday2 and in promotional material are intended as general guidelines and are often 'Self rated'. MyHoliday2 does not guarantee the accuracy of the ratings. Hotel room images are representative only and the actual room occupied may vary in inclusions and décor.

  4. It is your responsibility to understand the difference in hotel ratings across continents. For example, a 3 star hotel in Australia may have a different standard to a 3 star hotel in Asia.


  1. MyHoliday2 can offer variations of most of our tour packages to suit individual needs.

  2. If you want a more relaxed pace, shorter duration, or visit additional destinations please contact us for a tailor-made version of that tour.

  3. Tailor made alterations are only applicable to packages where you see this section.

  4. An admin fee of $150 per person will apply plus any other costs that may incur with altering the tour (Change of hotels, transport, adding more days etc)

  5. To set you own departure date with a group of less than 6 people will incur a fee of $100 per person.




  1. MyHoliday2 strongly recommends you take out a travel insurance policy and takes no responsibility for any issues that may arise such as cancellation, baggage, theft, personal liability, accident, medical cover or other requirements specific to your travel plans

  2. It is your responsibility to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the relevant government agencies prior to booking travel or departing to international destinations. MyHoliday2 recommends you contact the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) or visit their website here: Smart Traveller

  3. Please check baggage allowance prior to travel. The allowance may vary according to the destination, airline, cruise or coach operator. You are responsible for any excess baggage fees.



  1. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid visa for the country you are travelling. For more information on visa requirements visit Visas Direct website here: Visas Direct

  2. Passport and visa regulations can change and it is your responsibility to ensure that you possess the relevant travel documents before you travel. Delays can be experienced in obtaining a passport or visa, so please ensure you apply with sufficient time. MyHoliday2 accept no responsibility in any regard in relation to customers who are denied entry to a country because they do not possess the correct travel documents.

  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold an up to date passport that is valid for at least six months from your date of travel. 




  1. It is your responsibility to ensure that your details supplied to MyHoliday2 and our operators must be exactly as per your passport, including your middle name if applicable. 

  2. If an incorrect name is supplied and tickets (air/train/hotel) are issued incorrectly this could result in a passenger being refused boarding. Name changes after tickets have been issued will incur additional charges from MyHoliday2 or the operator for a reissue.

  3. It is your responsibility to check all of your travel documents immediately upon receipt and advise us as soon as possible of any errors or changes required.



  1. For package that do not include flights, It is your responsibility to ensure that you book the international flights from Australia to coincide with your tour start and end dates. 

  2. For packages that do included flights you will find the nominated departure cities listed in each deal [SYD/MEL/BNE/PER]

  3. Airlines used include and are not limited to, Malaysian Airlines, Singapore Airlines, China Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, Malindo Airlines, China Southern, Cathay Pacific, Qantas, Virgin Australia, Oman Air, Turkish Airlines, Royal Brunei and other airlines and their codeshare partners.

  4. The airline booked is determined at time of ticketing and depending on pricing and scheduling on the day. 

  5. Customers may not select a preferred airline, they must travel with the airline provided. 

  6. Customers may provide MyHoliday2 with their frequent flyer membership incase they are eligible to collect points

  7. MyHoliday2 and their airline ticketing partner does not ticket budget airlines. 

  8. All travel documents are non-transferrable.

  9. Name changes are not permitted. Should a name change be required a full new ticket shall be issued and customers will be required to purchase a new ticket at market rate.

  10. Travel insurance is highly recommended. MyHoliday2 takes no responsibility for any travel issues that may arise.

  11. Please note that you are responsible for obtaining all passport, visa and health information that you may require. We may assist you to obtain such information, however the final responsibility for obtaining the necessary information and complying with any passport, visa and health requirement remains with you. 

  12. Please ensure your passport and/or passport replacing documents must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the period of intended stay.

  13. Although some airlines no longer require reconfirmation of flights, Reconfirm the ticket 3 days prior to each journey. 

  14. Please note maximum 2 pieces of checked luggage allowed per person / Not exceeding 158 cm (62 inch). 

  15. Please note, flights may require a stopover of more than 5 hours.

  16. Some departure dates may require you to depart Australia on Day 0 of the itinerary or arrive home a day after the itinerary ends. 

  17. It is your responsibility to check all of your travel documents immediately upon receipt and advise the airline ticket provider as soon as possible of any errors or changes required.



  1. It is your responsibility to research any immunisations you may need to travel to specific countries and make sure you get them within enough time before travel. Visit their website here: Travel Doctor

  2. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to travel and have read the fine print for deals that require specific levels of fitness.

  3. Not all suppliers have facilities for people who require assistance. If you have any disabilities or require special assistance, please let us know at the time of booking so we can check if suitable services are available.



  1. Itinerary details listed on your travel voucher are subject to change based on availability and other external factors beyond MyHoliday2’s control such as adverse weather conditions. This includes but is not limited to itinerary elements such as sightseeing attraction, scheduling and transportation used. 

  2. Optional tours that are bookable and payable on arrival are always subject to availability. MyHoliday2 accepts no responsibility if optional tours are unavailable on any particular day. 

  3. Aside from allocated free time as listed on the Itinerary, all persons are required to remain with the tour for its full duration unless previously arranged and approved by MyHoliday2. Leaving the group / set itinerary at any point during the tour can result in subsequent services being immediately cancelled and invalid insurance for any necessary travel protection.




  1. MyHoliday2 sells travel packages on behalf of third party suppliers/tour operators. MyHoliday2 and the airlines, hotels and other suppliers providing services made available via this website are independent parties and are not related parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyHoliday2 is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

  2. Whilst we take great care to provide clear and accurate information, there may be occasions where there are inaccuracies or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHoliday2 does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaims liability for, any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information, descriptions and activities displayed on this website and in our promotional material.

  3. Subject to relevant laws, if MyHoliday2 merges, sells or otherwise changes control of our business or this website, we reserve the right, without giving notice or seeking consent, to transfer or assign your Personal Information, content and rights that we have collected from you and any agreements we have made with you.

  4. MyHoliday2 reserves all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyright in material and/or services provided by us.

  5. It is the customers responsibility to read fully the fine print for each deal package and to adhere to the fine print stated. 

  6. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they fulfil the full tour costs and any extras that require payment directly to our local operators. Failure or refusal to do so may result in your tour being cancelled and no refund given.
