What is included in the MSC Easy Drinks Package?
The MSC Easy Drinks Package generally includes a selected range of beverages such as:
- Coffee, tea and hot drinks
- Soft drinks and juices
- Still and sparkling water, including AQUA by MSC where available
- Selected bottled and draught beer
- House wine and sparkling wine by the glass
- Classic cocktails and mixed drinks with house spirits

Are beverage gratuities included in the Easy Drinks Package?

Is there a limit on alcoholic drinks?
Yes. Guests may enjoy up to 15 alcoholic drinks per guest, per day within a 24-hour period with the MSC Easy Drinks Package. Responsible service of alcohol applies at all times. Once the daily alcoholic drink limit has been reached, any additional alcoholic drinks may be charged at the full menu price, subject to MSC Cruises’ onboard policy.
Can I use the Easy Drinks Package everywhere onboard?
No. The Easy Drinks Package is generally accepted in selected bars, buffets and main restaurants. It is not generally accepted in specialty restaurants or on private islands. Drink packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared between guests. Inclusions and participating venues are subject to MSC Cruises’ onboard terms and conditions.

What if I want a premium drink?
Guests with the Easy Drinks Package may be able to pay the difference or receive selected discounts when upgrading to higher-priced beverages, such as premium wines, beers, cocktails or spirits. This is subject to MSC Cruises’ onboard policy at the time of sailing.
What is AQUA by MSC?
AQUA by MSC is MSC Cruises’ mineral-enriched water option. It may be served by the glass at selected bars and buffets, in reusable 1L glass bottles in main restaurants and via refill stations where available. AQUA by MSC is being gradually rolled out across the fleet. Where AQUA by MSC facilities are not available, bottled water may be included under the drinks package and served across selected bars, buffets and restaurants.
Are hotel service charges included?
Hotel service charges are cruise line charges that support onboard hotel and hospitality services. For this package, please refer to your MyHoliday2 inclusions and final invoice to confirm whether hotel service charges are included or payable separately.

No. Shore excursions are not included unless specifically listed under your MyHoliday2 package inclusions. Optional sightseeing tours may be available to book separately before departure or onboard, subject to availability and confirmed pricing.
Are sightseeing tours guaranteed?
No. Sightseeing tours are subject to availability, minimum numbers, weather conditions, operational requirements, port conditions and local supplier schedules. Please contact MyHoliday2 for current availability and confirmed pricing.
Can I book shore excursions before departure?
Yes. Selected shore excursions may be available to pre-book before departure. We recommend booking early where possible, as popular tours can sell out. Optional shore excursions are subject to availability, confirmed pricing and MSC Cruises’ booking conditions.
What currency is used onboard?
The onboard currency depends on the ship and sailing region. For European MSC cruises, onboard charges are commonly in Euros. Currency, payment systems and exchange rates are subject to MSC Cruises’ onboard policy.
How do I pay for onboard purchases?
Guests generally register a credit card, debit card or approved payment method during embarkation or onboard check-in. Onboard expenses may include specialty dining, premium drinks, spa treatments, shore excursions, laundry, shopping, casino expenses and other personal purchases.

Can I use Australian dollars onboard?
Australian dollars are generally not the onboard currency for European cruises. Guests should be prepared to settle onboard expenses in the ship’s operating currency, usually by card.
What should I pack?
Pack comfortable daywear, walking shoes, smart casual evening clothing, layers for changing weather, any required medications, travel adaptors, cruise documents, passport and travel insurance details. Some venues and evenings may have dress codes or themed nights.

How much luggage can I take?
Your luggage allowance will depend on your confirmed airline, routing and ticket conditions. Final airline luggage allowance will be confirmed with your travel documents. Cruise lines may also have luggage guidelines, so guests should ensure their luggage is suitable for both the flight and cruise portions of the journey.
What time is embarkation?
Embarkation times vary by sailing and will be confirmed in your cruise documents. Guests must complete online check-in where required and arrive at the cruise terminal within their allocated embarkation window.
What happens on disembarkation day?
Disembarkation is managed by the cruise line and may occur in stages. Guests should follow the onboard instructions provided before arrival. If you have flights on the same day, please allow sufficient time to disembark, collect luggage, clear any formalities and travel to the airport.
Can special dietary requirements be requested?
Yes. Special dietary requests can be noted at the time of booking. Requests are subject to cruise line confirmation and cannot always be guaranteed. Guests with allergies or dietary requirements should also advise onboard staff once on the ship.
Can MSC assist guests with accessibility or medical requirements?
Yes. Guests with mobility, accessibility or medical requirements should advise MyHoliday2 at the time of booking. Some requests may require forms or supporting information and are subject to cruise line approval, ship facilities and port conditions.
Are children and teens catered for onboard?
Yes. MSC Cruises offers family-friendly facilities, children’s clubs, teen areas and onboard activities on many ships. Facilities, activities and age groups may vary by ship and sailing.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Wi-Fi is not included unless specifically stated in your MyHoliday2 package inclusions. Internet packages may be available to purchase before departure or onboard, subject to MSC Cruises’ pricing and coverage.
Is laundry available onboard?
Laundry services may be available onboard for an additional charge. Self-service laundry is generally not available on MSC ships.
Can itinerary or port times change?
Yes. Cruise itineraries, arrival times, departure times, ports, onboard facilities, onboard programs and inclusions may change due to weather, sea conditions, port restrictions, operational requirements or cruise line decisions. MyHoliday2 and the cruise line will advise of significant changes where possible.

Name changes are not permitted. All flight tickets are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.

Flight upgrades can be requested once airline schedules are released. Fare differences will be invoiced to the customer prior to ticketing.

- MyHoliday2 strongly recommends all travellers arrange comprehensive travel insurance from the time of booking.

- Travellers should check current advice on Smartraveller before booking and before departure, as advice can change at any time.
- Flights may route through the Middle East and airlines used may include Emirates, Qatar Airways or Etihad Airways.
- MyHoliday2 may still book these airlines and routings, even where Smartraveller advice states “Do not travel” or “Do not transit” for a country, region or transit point.
- As part of the booking process, and in line with guidance from the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA), travellers are required to sign a travel waiver when flights travel via or transit through the Middle East.
